Birk Staal has been a supplier to the Danish food industry since 1975 and in cooperation with the industry we has developed new standards for equipment for e.g. transport, sterilization and hand washing.

Birk Staal A/S has for more than a lifetime been the preferred supplier of hooks, gambrels and Ham Hangeres (Christmas trees), primarily for the Nordic market. We are the absolute market leader in Scandinavia for meat hooks and hangers for transporting meat. Our production is adapted to the requirements of competitive price, quality and durability, and we produce large series as well as special solutions. In this way, despite the global competition, we have been able to retain customers such as Danish Crown and Tican in Denmark and Gilde/Nortura in Norway.

In addition to the hangers for which we are best known in Denmark, our product range is wide.
We deliver customized and standard solutions in stainless steel, where the focus is good craftsmanship and high quality.
With almost 2000 different stainless constructions, we have tried most things; but still has an eye for development and innovation.

We supply our own products as well as trade goods and are constantly expanding and developing the range.
